July Word of the Month: Celebrate

Uncategorized

July feels like sunshine.

It’s warmth on your skin.
Long, slow evenings.
Barefoot moments.
Open windows.
Laughter that lingers a little longer.

And for me — it’s also my birthday month.

A new year.
A new chapter.
A moment to pause and look at everything I’ve lived, built, grown through, and become.

This month, my word is celebrate.

Not just the big things —
but the small ones, too.

Turning 33: A New Chapter

This year, I’m turning 33.

And instead of rushing into what’s next,
I’m choosing to honor what already is.

The growth.
The lessons.
The discipline.
The healing.
The quiet changes no one else saw.
The strength it took to keep going.

Every version of me led me here.

And that alone is worth celebrating.

What Celebrate Means to Me

Celebrate doesn’t mean perfection.
It doesn’t mean everything is flawless or finished.

It means:

  • Acknowledging how far I’ve come
  • Being proud of the life I’m building
  • Letting myself feel joy without guilt
  • Creating moments instead of waiting for them
  • Romanticizing the everyday
  • Choosing gratitude over pressure

Celebration isn’t something I have to earn.
It’s something I’m allowed to experience — now.

Celebrating the Life I’ve Built

Over the past few months, I’ve:

  • Built strength
  • Planted new roots
  • Allowed myself to bloom
  • Nourished my routines, my body, and my home

And now… I get to live in it.

This life I’ve been creating —
the slow mornings, the home-cooked meals, the garden, the routines, the peace —
it’s not something I’m waiting on anymore.

It’s here.

And July is about fully stepping into it.

Celebrating in the Everyday

This month, celebration looks like:

✨ Morning coffee on the deck
✨ Fresh food from the garden
✨ Hosting slow, cozy summer nights
✨ Moving my body because I love it
✨ Baking something just because
✨ Watching the sunset without rushing inside
✨ Spending time with people who feel like home
✨ Taking photos of the moments I want to remember
✨ Letting life feel light again

Celebration doesn’t have to be loud to be meaningful.

Sometimes it’s found in the quietest, simplest moments.

Celebrating Myself

This is the part that used to feel uncomfortable —
but not anymore.

This month, I’m celebrating:

  • Who I am
  • Who I’ve become
  • What I’ve built
  • What I’ve overcome
  • What I continue to choose every day

Not in an arrogant way —
but in a grounded, grateful, deeply aware kind of way.

Because recognizing your growth isn’t ego —
it’s awareness.

My July Celebrate Intentions

This month, I’m choosing to celebrate:

✨ My 33rd year of life
✨ My growth — mentally and physically
✨ My routines and discipline
✨ My home and the life inside it
✨ My body and how it carries me
✨ My peace
✨ My progress
✨ My relationships
✨ My joy
✨ My journey

The Heart of July

We spend so much time chasing what’s next
that we forget to honor what’s now.

But this moment?
This season?
This version of you?

It’s worth celebrating.

Not later.
Not when everything is perfect.
Not when you’ve “arrived.”

Now.

This July, I’m choosing to celebrate —
my life,
my growth,
my journey,
and this new chapter at 33.

Softly.
Joyfully.
Fully.

Because this life I’m living?
It’s something I once prayed for.

And that’s worth celebrating. 🎂✨🤍
