When I first started dieting I was determined to find healthier options to some of my favorite foods.
Breakfast, Brunch and any type of foods you’d eat in the morning are my favorite. And giving up pancakes wasn’t something I wanted to do. So I found a healthy substitute that not only tastes delicious but a recipe that I couldn’t wait to share with you guys.
Banana Oatmeal Pancakes are made right in your very own blender and only takes a few minutes to make.
This recipe doesn’t include sugar, artificial sweeteners, butter or white flour. Which makes these healthy gluten free pancakes a delicious option for anyone including your kids! If you are like me it’s my favorite post workout meal in the mornings.
PrintBanana oatmeal pancakes made right in the blender! These fluffy healthy pancakes are naturally gluten free, dairy free and contain no flour or added sugar. Get ready for a simple yet delicious breakfast!
1 ½ cups Oatmeal
2 Bananas
2 Eggs
½ cup Oat Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tsp Baking Powder
¼ tsp Salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
Just place each ingredient into a blender and blend until completely smooth (or to a texture of your liking). I blend for about 1 minute, then let the batter sit while you heat your pan.
Add olive oil to a griddle or large nonstick pan and place over medium heat. Add as much pancake batter as you’d like to the pan.
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on each side.
Serve the pancakes with sliced up bananas and drizzle your favorite type of syrup (mine is sugar free) and Enjoy!
