April’s word of the month is…..

April is Autism Awareness month and of course picking Advocate for my word of the month made sense.

Maguire’s Purpose has been a complete blessing in my life and the fact that I can help the special needs community has been so exciting.

So when it came to planning I knew I wanted to do an event in April. And I am absolutely blessed that we will be hosting 3 events.

April 14th (and the whole month) we have partnered with a local photographer whose son is autistic and has recently joined our advisory board. She will be offering family sessions at a great price for those families who have kids with special needs.

April 23rd the East Kentwood High School varsity soccer team is hosting a charity game and picked Maguire’s Purpose for their charity event. 6:30pm start at Pat Patterson soccer field.

My favorite event is April 27th 12-2pm at Kendra Scott Jewelry store at Breton Village mall. We will be partnering with them as they will give us a discount code for people to purchase items in store and online that a precent of the sales will go to Maguire’s Purpose.
